How do I create my first route?

Go to your Rider Dashboard and click "New Route". Add your stops using the address search, then click "Optimise Route" to get the best order. You can then open the route in Google Maps to navigate.

How does route optimisation work?

RouteNaija uses Google Maps Directions API to calculate the most efficient order for your stops, minimising total distance and drive time. The algorithm considers real road distances, not straight-line estimates.

Can I add more than 10 stops?

The number of stops you can add depends on your plan. Free plan supports up to 5 stops per route. Basic plan supports 15 stops, and Pro plan supports unlimited stops.

How is fuel cost estimated?

Fuel cost is estimated based on the total route distance, your vehicle type, and the current average fuel price in Nigeria. You can update your vehicle type in Account Settings.

How do I add riders to my vendor account?

Navigate to Riders in your Vendor Dashboard and click "Add Rider". You can invite riders by phone number. They'll receive an SMS with instructions to join your team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) and bank transfers via Paystack. All transactions are processed securely and you'll receive a receipt via email.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your route history and account data are retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your data at any time before deletion. After 90 days, data is permanently removed.
